Rudolf Steiner Playgroup
Wednesdays 9:30am - 11:30am
The Playgroup gives parents and caregivers with young children (birth to Kindergarten age) the opportunity to meet with the playgroup leader for a relaxed morning and to socialise.
The Playgroup is based on Rudolf Steiner’s philosophy with natural, plain toys and a rhythm of free-play, morning circle followed by morning tea and outside play.

Yoga with Lizzi
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Lizzi offers a range of yoga classes from spring through to autumn, plus the occasional yoga workshop during the winter.
Classes include Classical Yoga (focusing on breath and alignment), Yin (a still quiet practice targeting the fascia) and Vinyasa (an invigorating practice with music suitable for those with some experience).

Kuaotunu ICONZ takes place at the Kuaotunu Hall during the school term.
Adventure Girlz (8-10 year olds) and Challenge Girlz (11-13 year olds) are held from 4pm to 5:30pm.
Anchor boys (Years 1-3) and Adventure boys (Years 4-6) are held from 5:30pm to 7pm.

Yoga with Jose
Tuesdays and Saturdays
Jose offers classes that run throughout the year. Hatha (Tuesdays) is a general yoga class for those at the beginner or intermediate level.
On Saturday mornings Jose runs a Third Age class, a gentle yoga class preventing and helping with stiff joints and bringing mobility to the spine.

Pilates by the Sea
Kelly offers matwork pilates class on Mondays throughout the school term. Everybody and all levels welcome. Bring along your yoga/pilates mat.
If you have a little baby/toddler, feel free to bring them along to class too. Just pack some toys, snacks and they can hang out whilst you workout.
Pilates with Ali
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Ali completed her pilates teacher training with the internationally renowned STOTT Pilates (REPs accredited).
Infusing the biomechanical principles of core stability, breathing, and alignment, pilates helps strengthen and tone your body, while increasing and maintaining mobility. With a range of exercises and modifications, people of all ages and levels of fitness can benefit from pilates, and find that it can improve body awareness and posture, and help rehabilitate and protect from injury.
